Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

jerryteam is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service. For any privacy request you can contact us at privacy@chatmention.me.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: email address, full name, and (if you use Google) your OAuth profile.
• Billing data: subscription plan, billing status and customer identifiers held by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
• Service data: the brands, keywords and competitors you configure and the monitoring results generated for them.
• Technical data: authentication session cookies and minimal server logs (IP, timestamp, errors) for security and reliability.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the Service and your account — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Billing and subscription management — performance of a contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b)/(c)).
• Security, fraud prevention and service reliability — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Sending transactional and alert emails you configure — performance of a contract.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following processors, who act on our instructions:

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and serverless execution.
• OpenRouter — routing prompts to AI engines for monitoring (no account personal data is sent; only brand-blind category queries).
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.

5. International transfers

Some processors may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

6. Retention

We keep account and service data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days, except where we must retain billing records to meet legal accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access, rectify or erase your personal data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability (you can export your data from Settings → Privacy & data);
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
• lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
